I'm a third year medical student at Des Moines University. I'm very interested in ENT Plastics or Plastic Surgery. I have some curiosity about Trauma Surgery.
I enjoy baking breads and desserts. My favorite breads and desserts to make are boules made with a biga fermentation, baguettes, brioche, Portuguese egg tarts, chocolate chip cookies, and confetti cookies. I would like to achieve the perfect croissant someday! I also enjoy listening to podcasts such as Comedy Bang! Bang! and Threedom while I study. When I actually have free time, I play videogames on both my Nintendo Switch and PC. I like Skyrim (can't wait for the next Elder Scrolls, TBD!), Golf With Your Friends, Jackbox, and Octopath Traveler. I'm really into pinball machines; I would love to own a few someday. The best ones (in my opinion) are Iron Maiden, Deadpool, and Medieval Madness. I graduated with an English degree in Creative Writing many years ago and would like to pick up writing poetry again!
